BergGlitzern: Water experience

The passion for our mountains will bring a sparkle to your eyes. We will, in female groups, conquer the beauty of the Glemmtal mountains together. Sometimes in a sporty fashion, sometimes in a calm and meditative way. We will recharge our batteries and empower each other for the next adventure.

Together with Bianca, we will immerse ourselves in the element of water and you will realise how much the conscious use of water strengthens you. Be it on a health or mental level. On this journey, you will develop a new feeling for our elixir of life, water, in your everyday life.

We use it every day for a wide variety of purposes such as washing, cleaning, cooking, drinking and sport. It is an everyday means of satisfying our most important needs. But how often do we pay attention to this life-giving element? 
Here in the Home of Lässig is the source of the Saalach, which then flows into the Salzach, the Danube and finally into the Black Sea. On a walk with me, you will learn interesting facts and learn to perceive water in a completely new way.

"Freely following this motto, I go to nature: "There are two ways to live your life: either as if nothing were a miracle, or as if everything were one." My second home is the forest. Sometimes I need this, with my four pubescent children, as a balance and a haven of peace. Other times, I give back my energy to keep the give and take in balance.
