CrossFit (Basics) at the WERKSTATT with a fitness trainer!

In this hour you can expect a workout-based functional strength and endurance training with kettlebells, dumbbells, endurance machines and your own body weight. The intensity can be adjusted to any fitness level.

Lots of fun sweating together is guaranteed!
