GASTRO WORKSHOP “Vegan is cool”

In the “VEGAN IS COOL!” workshop, things heat up in the kitchen!

We'll show you how to conjure up really cool dishes with purely plant-based ingredients and transform classic recipes into something new and vegan.

We mix theory with lots of practice so that you learn how to do it straight away. You'll experiment with different ingredients, learn how to achieve the perfect taste and texture and have lots of fun in the process. So, throw on your aprons and let's shake up the vegan kitchen together!

Quick variations on vegetarian cuisine are also included!

No matter whether you want to give your restaurant a new impetus or would like to try out the variety of vegan cuisine for yourself - you are very welcome.
