Anita is totally hooked on the needles. She always has her knitting kit with her at all times and spends every spare minute rattling the needles. Fans of fluffy woollen bonnets have long known her under the new name ‘Wollzeug.shop’. In her small, chaotic workshop at home, she has been making warm bonnets from fine merino wool, tiny knitted baby chucks and woolly headbands for more than ten years. She knits 365 days a year and creates a stock that she sells at small markets such as the Hinterglemm Gasslfest. The baby chucks are very often ordered as a casual ‘Weisert’ - the first gift for newborns. For some time now, she has increasingly swapped her knitting needles for sewing and embroidery machines in spring and summer and makes casual headbands and beanies from cotton jersey for her summer range, which can also be embroidered with her own logo on request. The perfect choice for hikers and bikers in the ‘Home of Lässig’ and also for companies that want to have their own caps or headbands with a logo or similar for their shop, employees or as a gift.
