Summit hike to Hohe Penhab

Short hike to the summit of Hohe Penhab starting from the top station of the 12er KOGEL gondola.

When you leave the mountain station of the 12er KOGEL gondola, the Hohe Penhab immediately catches your eye. After a short detour to the summit cross of the Zwölferkogel, the trail descends a few metres before the trail branches off to the right at a fork in the road to the Hohe Penhab. After the short, steep ascent (some surefootedness required), you reach the summit cross and can enjoy the magnificent view.
