We are located up on 1380m altitude - directly next to the middle-station of the Hochalm-cablecars!
In winterseason that means - you are definitely in pole-position to be the first one on the fresh-slopes around our house!
In summerseason our specialtiy if the 3D - archery - parcours - feel like Robin Hood and find out how thrilling and relaxing at the same time this exciting sport can be!
For first-time-archers we offer a detailed "first steps"-training as well as rental for the equipment!
Hikers and Bikers can start thier tours directly at our house, with the JOKER-CARD you can use up to 5 cable-cars free of charge!
In the afternoon you can relax your muscles again in one of our saunas with a panoramic view from the relax-area! in summertime our natural swimming lake is the refreshing alternative!
Another important point is the culinary side - our chef de cuisine uses mostly regional products to create delicious dishes - in summertime also from our BBQ-Smoker!
All this is embedded in our special atmosphere, witch is very important for us as well as our many regular guests...

To re-confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to do an advance-payment of 50% of the total costs - bank details will be sent to you with the booking confirmation.
Check-IN:
You can arrive from 8:00 a.m. on, your room will be ready latest by 2:00 p.m.!
VERY IMPORTANT! During the winterseason, we cannot be reached by car/taxi!!!
An arrival after 4:00 p.m. is only possible after confirmation from our side!
During the summerseason, we kindly ask you to give us a call, if your arrival will be after 7:00 p.m. (dinner, stc...)
Check-OUT: We ask you to clear your room until 11:00 a.m.!
Cancellation policy:
- a cancellation until 1 month before arrival is without charge!
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, we charge 50% of the costs.
- if you cancel within the last week upon arrival, wew have to charge you 90% of the total costs!
