Three luxury apartments are waiting for you. Each apartment can accommodate up to 10 or 12 people.
Both in the winter and in the summer season we rent three luxury apartments. Each apartment can accommodate up to 10 or 12 people. The apartments overlook the Bernkogel, Kohlmais, Schattberg and the Twelveerkogel. The ski lifts can be reached in five minutes by ski bus. Via Exit 86 you can drive to Glemm Lodge! In addition, there is a supermarket (MPREIS) directly opposite our lodge. Our apartments are ideal for larger groups or families who want to enjoy their holiday in an atmospheric and quiet area.
Ground floor
Our luxury apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 12 people on 117 m2, three bathrooms+toilet+guest toilet. The apartment is equipped with a nice kitchen and a spacious and comfortable seating area where you can enjoy your well-deserved rest after an active day.

1st floor
On the first floor is our second luxury apartment with 128 m2. It is also suitable for up to 12 people, here you have the luxury of four bathrooms+toilet+guest toilet. Almost all rooms on the first floor have a balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful mountain world.
2nd floor
On the second floor is our third luxury apartment, which can be used for up to 10 people. You have the luxury of three bathrooms+WC+balcony+guest toilet. It has a 123 m2 floor area and looks through the large glass front at the magnificent mountain world of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset on your east and west balcony, or sit comfortably in the living room by the warm fireplace!

Payment modalities & deposit
When booking 30% are to be transferred immediately. The balance of 70% + deposit is to be paid 90 days before arrival.
Deposit
The deposit of €900.00 will be credited about 4 days after departure or after inspection of the property. ATTENTION: Without a deposit, no key collection can take place. A deposit in cash is unfortunately not possible.
Check
On the day of arrival you will receive the code for your key box via email and mobile phone.
Keys
Check-in takes place directly at your booked property.
Parking
4 free parking spaces per apartment are located directly in front of the house.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment and parking are to be left by 09:30 on the day of departure at the latest. Check-out at a later time is unfortunately not possible.
Bed linen & kitchen equipment
There is 1 bed set per person (1x sheet, 1x pillowcase, 1x duvet cover, 1x shower towel, 1x hand towel). Kitchen - 2x tea towels + kitchen roll + washing-up liquid + 5x dishwasher tabs + sponge. Each toilet - 2 rolls of toilet paper.
Extra beds
If required, extra beds, cots and high chairs are available.
Toiletries
Please note that these are holiday apartments and therefore there are no hygiene items in the bathroom.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 91 days before arrival!
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the overnight price!
Free cancellation in case of a lockdown due to COVID-19 possible up to 5 days before arrival!
