ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Please inform us in case your are arriving later than 6.00 pm. On the day of your arrival rooms are ready from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure we ask that you leave your room by 11.00 am at the latest.
TAX
Prices excluding legal local taxes of Euro 2,45 per day (children up to 15 years of age are free). New from summer 2025 there is an additional mobilty fee in Salzbur of € 0.50 per person and night.
KENDLER’S HALF-BOARD SPECIAL
A refund will not be made for non attended meals.
GARAGE
Our underground garage is available at the price of Euro 15,00 per day. Additionally we have 10 outside car parks free charge, based on availability.
NEW YEARS EVE CHARGES
New Years Eve surcharge for the menu and program € 70,00 per person (over 15 years)
SMALL DOGS
Only small dogs are allowed: we charge Euro 20,00 without food. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or spa area.
PAYMENT DETAILS
We recommend payment in cash, with the EC card (coordinate limits with the bank) or with your creditcard (Visa,MasterCard or Amex).
