Hotel policies
We need a written confirmation by email. The reservation is only fixed, after receipt of an agreed down payment by bank transfer within up to 14 days. The prices are in Euro, excluding the local tax.
Cancellation policy:
3 months to 1 month before the agreed day of arrival 40% cancellation fee
1 month to 1 week before the agreed day of arrival 70% cancellation fee
Last week or no-show of the total price 90% cancellation fee
In case of early departure the full price (100%) will be charged.
We refer you to the Austrian hotel regulations, therefore we recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance (directly with your insurance company).
