Your hosts Jacky and Toni Hasenauer from the 4* Hotel Unterschwarzachhof will ensure a luxury holiday just as you wish.
Hotel policies
On arrival, we welcome you to check in at the 4*S Hotel Unterschwarzachhof in Hinterglemm and, if you wish, we can take you to the Luxuschalet Schmiedalm with our shuttle service (for a fee). A bellboy will of course be at your disposal on arrival and departure.
Arrival and departure:
Your chalet is at your disposal from 3 p.m. and on departure until 11 a.m.
In order to be able to guarantee the cleaning and disinfection intervals, we ask for your understanding that we cannot currently offer early check-ins and late check-outs.
Arrival is therefore possible from 3 p.m. and departure until 11 a.m.
We would like to point out that the chalet only has non-smoking rooms. Pets on request and for a fee.
