Our luxurious alpine cottage is located next to the 12er-north cable car and Hochalm-lifts.
A winter holiday on the exclusive Martenalm promises an unforgettable experience, because the location of our alpine cottage speaks for itself: Located directly on the ski slope you can easily get onto the slopes at the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. The nearest cable car is the newly built 12er Nordbahn cable car, as well as the Hochalm cable car. From here you can explore the entire Skicircus ski area in Salzburger Land and Tyrol.
Arrived at the end of the lift operation? No problem! There is always a ski hut, umbrella bar or even a disco for the absolute apres ski experience.
When you arrive your car will be parked at Martenhof in Saalbach Hinterglemm. From here we will take care of the transport of your luggage, your previously purchased food and firewood for your stay on the Martenalm - so your skiing holiday can begin immediately. As a little extra, we also provide three sledges for a change from skiing and snowboarding. Idyllic, real, and rustic. This is Martenalm.
The exclusive alpine cottage is equipped with:
- 1 living room with kitchen (dishwasher, oven and fully automatic Miele coffee machine)
- 1 large dining table
- 1 couch
- 2 separate triple rooms
- Tiled stove

- 1 bathroom/toilet

Local tax: € 2.45 per person and day
Final cleaning: one-time € 200.00
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. We bring your luggage directly to the Martenalm - your car will be parked at the Martenhof! Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
The Martenalm can be booked in autumn and winter!
Daily products from our own farm Fresh bread can be ordered every day on request and will be delivered to the alpine pasture
On request, towels can be changed for a fee.
Short stays possible on request!
The Austrian hotel contractual conditions apply. Place of jurisdiction: Saalfelden.
Cancellations are certainly annoying, but something can always come up. We try to be tolerant and do not charge anything for cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival. (except for the deposit, which we will pay back if we are able to re-rent the apartment)
If you cancel later, we will try to re-rent the apartment, otherwise we will charge the full amount. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with European Travel Insurance.
