Our TownHouse apartments are located right in the center of Saalbach in a perfect location directly next to the ski lift, the Schattberg X-Press. Apart from the top location in the heart of Saalbach, the ski-in-ski-out apartment house offers 3 holiday apartments with a high level of comfort and cosiness. Furthermore, all guests have 1 free parking space in front of the house, free WiFi and a ski room.
The ski-in-ski-out apartment building is in a perfect location right in the center of Saalbach. Start your ski day right in front of the entrance door & after a strenuous day of activity, swing off directly at your apartment. The ski lift Schattberg X-Press Bahn with a perfect connection to the entire Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area is 20 meters from the building. There is also a bakery, night-time venues, après-ski bars and ski and sports shops right next to the building. You can't spend your holiday in Saalbach more centrally. All of our properties are members of the Joker Card Partners in summer. You will receive this card upon arrival and it will give you many discounts, free admissions and reductions in the whole area.
Hotel policies
Your credit card details will be used to process the payments, which you can store in our system via a link after the booking has been completed. 20% deposit payment of the accomodation price on booking, remaining 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival. ATTENTION: All payments can only be processed by credit card.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
