Rammern Alm

“Lived tradition without Alpine kitsch” – simply our home – where I’m passing on and living my mother-in-law’s tradition. No false smiles or fuss, I simply enjoy my daily work. That’s me, Lisbeth from Rammern Alm.”

There’s no fillet steak at Rammern Alm – although Lisbeth’s husband Peter breeds the best Pinzgau beef at their mountain farm. Lisbeth the landlady explains, “I want to show our guests, friends and the younger generation our traditional dish, the “Pinzgauer Blad’l” (flat bread), from older times. Back then food was very simple, hearty and tasty – with little meat.”
