Route: Ascent over beautiful alpine pastures to the Staffkogel - descent Ossmannalm - Lindlingalm to the valley head

When: 09:30 - 15:00 hrs

Walking time: approx. 5 hours

Where: Lengau bus station

Registration: with Hans Adelsberger until one day before at +43 (0)650 8206978 (from 08:00 - 18:00)

Equipment: Ankle-high hiking boots, rainwear and sun protection absolutely to be taken along, provisions & drinks

Requirements: good physical condition, sure-footedness, a head for heights and a sporty pace required
