The 102 m² apartment for up to 10 people offers 3 separate bedrooms with 2 double beds and 3 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, bathtub and toilet, a separate toilet, a living area with an open kitchen and dining table and a balcony with a view over the surrounding mountains everything that makes the holidaymaker's heart beat faster. Enjoy your unforgettable vacation in one of the most beautiful summer and winter regions in the country. WiFi, a storage room for your ski equipment and a covered parking space in front of the house are available to all guests free of charge.
Apart from the high comfort of the apartment, the flat also offers a dream location, just a few meters from the Schönleitenbahn. Step into the entire ski area almost right outside the front door, enjoy your perfect ski day and swing off almost directly at the accommodation. The ski bus stop with ideal connection to the largest ski lifts of the ski area is located right outside the front door. The restaurants "Liebe Heimat" and "Tiroler Buam" are located 200 meters from the apartment and sweeten your holiday. Directly next to the Schönleitenbahn is the next sports shop and ski school "Sport Heugenhauser". The center of Saalbach with all restaurants, nightlife, shops and supermarkets is about 5 minutes by car and the bus.
Hotel policies
Your credit card details will be used to process the payments, which you can store in our system via a link after the booking has been completed. 20% deposit payment of the accomodation price on booking, remaining 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival. ATTENTION: All payments can only be processed by credit card.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
